Drusilla is laying out Tarot cards in a spread as she sits in her parlor in the basement.

"So is messing with your students' heads." Cameron replied, but he shifted nervously, his boldness seeping away a bit.

"I've been properly chastened," said Drusilla. "No more merry-go-rounds or funhouses to be had until next I'm bored." She leaned forward, still tapping her fingers on the table. "Do you think I'd let a student box me in? I'd never hear the end of people wanting tales from me then."

"I'm discrete?" Cameron watched the last of his confidence flee away and he took a step backward.

"Not so much in pieces if you're here with me," says Drusilla. "Time to take your medicine like a good little boy."


((Let me know when he either reaches the doorway or turns around to look at it. BTW, did you want to be blackmailed into being my TA, or just into applying for it? Because it'd be fun if you got stuck being my TA.))

"You know? I'm feeling really great right now. I don't think I need any medicine. Nope, very healthy." Cameron said as he took another step back, ending up with his back against the doorframe.


((You know, I think it'd be great fun to get him stuck with that job. Especially considering how he doesn't have a clue about anything psych related.))

Were Cameron to turn around, he would see several tentacles blocking the doorway. "Silly lad," says Drusilla. She stands and walks over to a little writing desk. On top are several sheets of paper that she sorts through. "Trying to blackmail a teacher would earn you several weeks of detention." She turns around and comes to hand him a piece of paper.

"Or you could apply to be my teaching assistant," says Drusilla brightly.

Cameron stares at her. "Why would you want me as your TA?" He takes a step sideways and feels something brushing his back. Disturbed, he turns around and notices the tentacles. Quickly and definitely not screaming in a manly manner, he jumps away from them.
